If lcd is brighter than plasma wouldnt it work better in dark rooms?
quick and good info thanks
your supposed to burn in your plasma. for the first 50 hours leave it running on medium contrast/brightness settings. plasma uses gas and heat for pixel generation so imagine burning a candle for the first time it melts cleaner then the second time you light it.
i have both….i first bought a 42 ” vizio lcd tv…..i love it……i then bought a 52″ sony plasma……and i have to say the picture on the lcd is crisper and clearer. But the Plasma is better for games its much faster and with all the dark colors in most games it looks better. So overall i would say that the plasma is better.
plasma 42″ Panasonicfor $900 its 1080i . 40″ lcd 1080P television for the same price. I wonder if the picture would look anybetter on the 1080P Lcd on normal HDboardcasting then on a 1080i plasma?
iam still in the market i want the best image what do you recomend plasma or lcd thank you
been doing research for atleast a year now and plasma looks like the best bang for your buckespecially if you watch sports and moviesbestbuy has panasonic viera’s 50″ for $1,000
i know alot of people complain about plasma is that the white color fades fast in plasma after a month. Plasma seems to have a bad reputation among people i know. They just want an lcd. One thing i’m not sure if there’s a different between a $20 HDMI cable as to a $70 HDMI cable or is this another ploy by the stores to make more money on accessories?
